You can send the knife to our address in Miami or directly to Meyco to get a quote for repair or bring your knives to AAO, ASCRS or ESCRS and contact us before in order to give you the instructions were to which booth to bring the knives.

Meyco is the largest manufacturer of diamond knives for eye surgery. Brands such as Storz, Katena, Mastel, Asico are all manufactured by Meyco.

Always put the brand and Serial number of your knife on your shipping documents and send an email to info@iosgroup.net with your contact name, email and address.

We charge USD 100 to send your knife back to your country/location by FEDEX even if you decide not to repair the knife.

You will always receive a quotation for the repair. Once the repair offer is approved, an invoice is sent to you to prepay the repair.
